Franky Oesman Widjaja
Born in Makassar, South Sulawesi, in 1958, Mr. Widjaja graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan, in 1979. In 1996 he was appointed Chairman and Chief Officer of PT Golden Agri Resources. In 2001 he assumed the position of President Director of PT Sinar Mas, and was appointed as President Director of PT Smart Tbk in 2003. Became President Commissioner of the Company in 2001, the position he retains today. |

Mohammad Tachril Sapi'ie
Born in Jakarta in 1953, he began his career at PT Bakrie & Brothers (1979-1981). Served as Director of PT Bimantara Citra Tbk. (now PT Global Mediacom Tbk.) from 1982-1995. He subsequently was elected Commissioner of PT Bimantara Citra Tbk. (1995-1998). He has been the Vice President Commissioner of the Company since 1998.

Sintong Panjaitan Born in 1940 in Tarutung, Tapanuli, North Sumatra. At the outset of his military career Mr. Panjaitan was Chief of Command of the Army Special Forces (KOPASSUS) in 1985, and in 1987 he was chosen as Chief of Command of the Army Infantry Weaponry Center (PUSENIF) in Bandung. In 1988, he became the Chief of Military Territory IX Udayana. In 1991, he was a high-ranked officer assigned to Army Headquarters, Jakarta, and in 1993 he was appointed Expert Staffs Coordinator to the Head of the Indonesian Armed Forces, serving at Army Headquarters in Jakarta. In 1994, he was assigned Assistant to the Minister of Research and Technology/Head of Research and Application of Technology Agency (BPPT) in Jakarta. In 1998, he served as Assistant for Security and Defense to the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, and in the same year became Secretary for Development Operation Control of the State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. In 2000, Mr. Panjaitan became Commissioner of PT BPIS. Appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2005. |

Dibyo Widodo Born in 1946 in Purwokerto, Cenral Java. He was an Adjutant to the President of the RI (1986-1992), Deputy Chief of Police for NTB (1992-1994), Deputy Chief of Police for Jakarta (1995), National Police Chief (1998). Then served as the Chairman of PT Citra Permatasakti Persada (2000), Chairman of PT Menara Wenang (2000-2006), then as Commissioner (2006-2008). Chairman of PT Daya Semesta Agro Persada (2006-2007) and PT Dinamika Unggul Karya. He also held several positions as President Commissioner of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, Chief Commissioner of PT Panen Lestari Basuki, PT Graha Metropolitan Nuansa, and Advisor to PT Indonesia Prima Properti Tbk. He has been a Senior Advisor/Supervisor to the BOM Task Force of the National Police, and to the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). He is a Commissioner of PT Indonesia Commodity and Derivative Exchange, and Vice President Commissioner of PT Bali Turtle Island Development (PT BTID). Appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company in 2009. Mr. Widodo passed away on March 15, 2011. |

Rosanno Barrack Born in Jakarta in 1953, he graduated from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. A founder of PT Bimantara Citra Tbk. (currently PT Global Mediacom Tbk), he served as Director from 1982 to 1997, and as Vice President from 1997 to 1998. He was a Commissioner at PT Bursa Efek Jakarta and concurrently a Commissioner at PT Nasional Gobel from 1996 to 2001. He was appointed Head of the Indonesian Association of Public Listed Companies (AEI) in 1996-2002 and Advisor to the association from 2002 to 2005. He is currently President Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk., President Director of PT Plaza Nusantara Realti, President Commissioner of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk., President Director of PT Nusadua Graha International, President Commissioner of PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia and Member of the Honorary Board of the Indonesian Association of Public Listed Companies, and as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Lucy Suyanto Born in 1961 in Palembang, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Trisakti in 1985, commencing her career at Ernst & Young (previously Arthur Andersen) in 1985 as Assistant Managing Partner and also in charge of Technical Quality Assurance. She joined Bank Danamon in 1990 and held the position of Assistant VP Accounting and Finance, and subsequently worked with Kalbe Group in 1992 as Director of Finance of Kalbe Food Division (within 3 companies), and later on at PT Astra Graphia Tbk. as Director of Finance in 1997, and finally in 2003 joined Mobile 8 Telecom Tbk. as Director of Finance. She has been with the Company since 2010 as a Director as well as Chief Financial Officer. |

Herman Bunjamin Born in Bandung in 1955, he received his BASc and MASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto. He started his career as an engineer at PT Puma Bina Indonesia from 1981 to 1984, and subsequently as Project Administration Manager at PT Bimantara Eka Santosa (currently PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk.). He served as Senior Manager at PT Ometraco Realty Tbk. (currently PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk.) in 1998. He held the positions of Director in this company from 1989 to 1991 and of Vice President Director from 1992 to 1997. He was also Vice President Director at PT Jababeka Infrastruktur Tbk. from 2001 to 2004, and as Director at PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk. from 2001 to 2004. He has joined the Company since 2005 and is currently serving as Director as well as Chief Property Officer. |

She began her career in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising in New York in 1985. She has held several managerial positions in the Company, including Promotion and Advertising Manager from 1997 to 2000, Leasing Senior Manager and Marketing Advisor from 2000 to 2004, Leasing and Tenant Relations General Manager from 2004 to 2006, and Marketing Executive Director from 2006 to 2008. She has been serving as Director as well as Chief Commercial Officer at the Company since 2008. |
